Privacy Policy

Safe Spot processes safety incident information so organisations can record, assign, fix, verify and close reports. We treat voice recordings, photos, GPS coordinates and reporter identity as operational information that belongs to the customer organisation.

What we collect

• Voice recordings, transcriptions, photos and other evidence attached to an incident
• Store or route context selected by the reporter
• GPS coordinates, accuracy, timestamp and permission status when the device provides them
• Reporter name and management user account details
• Audit events that record who did what and when

How we use it

Data is used to run the reporting and closure workflow, protect evidence, and show authorised managers an audit trail. We do not sell incident data. We do not expose storage buckets publicly.

Access

Drivers can submit reports. They cannot edit management actions or close incidents. Uploaded files and recordings are served only through access-controlled URLs to signed-in safety staff.
