By using Safe Spot you agree to use the service for genuine workplace safety reporting and follow-up. The organisation that creates a workspace is responsible for the people it authorises and for how incident records are used.
The service
Safe Spot lets reporters submit voice, photos and location context, and lets authorised managers assign owners, collect evidence, verify work and close incidents. Audit history is append-only and is not available for casual edit or delete.
Accounts
Keep sign-in details confidential. Drivers reporting via QR do not receive a management account and cannot close incidents.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to submit false reports, to harass people, or to upload content you are not allowed to share. Do not attempt to access another organisation’s incidents or files.
